Who We Are
Turning Point Church began with a simple yet radical idea: create a church where imperfect people could come just as they are, and encounter the transforming love of Jesus. In 2007, Pastor George Gau, a lifelong outdoorsman with a deep heart for people, took a step of faith and launched TPC in Vidor, Texas.
What started as a small group of passionate believers has grown into a thriving church community that reaches hundreds each week. From humble beginnings in a borrowed space to our current campus on North Main Street, God’s hand has guided every step.
