Every follower of Jesus is called to grow—but spiritual maturity is more than gaining knowledge. It is about becoming the kind of person who helps others grow in their faith.

The TPC Leadership Institute is a GROW environment designed to help spiritual adults become spiritual parents—believers who are grounded in biblical truth, shaped by spiritual disciplines, and equipped to lead and influence others.

Throughout the year, participants will explore the core doctrines of the Christian faith, develop essential spiritual practices, and learn practical leadership skills that can be applied at home, in the church, at work, and in the community.

This is not just about learning more. It is about formation. The goal is to develop mature, multiplication-minded leaders who faithfully steward what God has given them and invest it into others.

The curriculum includes J.T. English’s Deep Discipleship, along with a weekly leadership development session led by Pastor Aaron.
